If you find out that there is an item missing from your package, please notify us within 5 days after reception of the package (the online tracking will be used as reference).
There might be several reasons for missing items:
If you are missing an accessory (earrings, necklace etc.), please check carefully inside all the plastic bags that wrap the clothes. To prevent the accessories from slipping from the package during the transportation, we attach them the plastic bags around the clothes.
As it happens that customers throw away the accessories without noticing, we always take a picture of the content of the package before it leaves our warehouse.
If your order is delayed because of one item, after 12 business days, we will ship what we have first and we will send you later (free of charge) the remaining items in a second package.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Because with some items we work with a 0 inventory system, we can be notified of an out of stock item after you placed the order. If one of the items of your order is out of stock, we will immediately refund you and you will receive a notification by email. Some automated emails can arrive in your spam folder. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your account. Read more about out of stock items here.
