We will first double check the information on our side and with the shipper depending on the destination country.
Then we will get back to you with instructions or explanations.
If your package cannot be retrieved we will do our best to find a solution.
Please understand that if the package is lost because of your action or you provided wrong information, your order will not be available for a refund.
If the package is lost due to the shipping company, we will let the shipper determine who between the sender or the recipient should file a claim. If the recipient files the claim, you should seek a compensation with the shipper. If the sender is files the claim, we will refund you the product with a Gift Card.
If the package is lost because of Somethin' Sweet, you can request a full refund to your original mean of payment.
