Despite our best efforts to provide you with the best products, some items can be damaged during the transportation. If you receive a defective item:
You must notify us within 7 days after receiving the package (the tracking number will be used as proof).
Please contact our Customer Service Team with a picture of the damaged area and a picture of the bar-code on the wrapping of the item.
Our team will then discuss the issue and get back to you.
Defective items are eligible for:
- Full cash refund
- Replacement of the item (provided that the item is still in stock).
