Typically, we only accept cancellations of any type under the following conditions.
- You requested for cancellation within 24 hours of making the payment and the order status is still “pending”.
- The order has been delayed for more than 12 business days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay.
- More than 50% of your order has been notified to be out of stock
